With four consecutive workshops, we believe that we can help your team to develop strength and understanding through our interactive workshops that include art projects that will enhance staff experience of Centre life and promote personal growth in a fun way.
This workshop series fits into area 7 of the National Quality Standards framework, “Leadership and Service Management”. Therefore, you should be able to use your funding for professional development on these workshops.
Our four professional development workshops are:

Helps teams to get to know individual team members and validates their skills and abilities, as well as, creating an awareness of how perspective works.
- Workshop 2: Team Dynamics
Creates an awareness of team culture, how teams form, storm, norm and then perform, and the different aspects of being in a team.
- Workshop 3: Working Together
Helps the team to apply their understanding of group culture and how that affects the workplace dynamics. Asks the team to write a group culture vision statement.
- Workshop 4: Communication
Looks at all the elements of communication and how to communicate effectively within a team setting so that the team is creating the culture that they envision
