SENIOR TRAINER & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
Hayley Solich is a wife and mother of four children, a qualified Trainer and Facilitator, with over 15 years of experience in the training sphere and a community leader.
A business trainer with a background working as a TAFE Lecturer for NSW TAFE and West Coast TAFE, as well as, experience working in the not-for-profit sector, Hayley has a well-developed understanding of business principles and extensive experience delivering soft skills training on topics such as Communication, Team Building, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Self-Advocacy and Self-Promotion.
Hayley also has owned and run several businesses, including the business, The Creaticians, a creative ideas transformation agency, for the past 10 years where she has assisted many people to start businesses, to create products, publish books and grow their businesses utilising her strategic mind, technology and creativity. This has included gaining a high level of understanding of online marketing, publishing and print media.
The Founder and Chairperson of Women Can International Inc, Hayley has been mentoring women for the past seven years, assisting them to find and take the next step in their journey. She has also been the pivotal organiser of many large community events, where she has led teams to success.
Currently, Hayley is also working part-time for the WA Health Dept in the area of Mental Health, where she is providing training and supervision to the Consumer and Carer Peer Workforce. Hayley is also a Carer Representative member of Mental Health Australia’s National Registry of Consumers & Carer Representatives willing to serve on National committees, boards and working groups.

- Cert IV in Small Business Management
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Diploma in Creative Ministries (Dance)
- Partial completion of a Bachelor of Business Degree
- Current studies – Bachelor of Arts/Communications & Media
